Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Outhouse Branding Inc. website and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Outhouse Branding Inc. is a custom garment branding and printing company based in Barbados, specialising in screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, DTF printing, and design services. We serve businesses, schools, teams, and organisations across the Caribbean and internationally.

2. Orders and Pricing

• All prices displayed on our website are in Barbados Dollars (BDS$) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, once an order is confirmed and payment is received, the agreed price will be honoured.
• Bulk pricing discounts are applied automatically based on the quantity ordered. Discounted prices are displayed at checkout.
• Custom quote requests are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

3. Custom Orders and Artwork

• You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork, logos, or designs submitted for printing do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
• We reserve the right to refuse orders that contain offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content.
• Artwork must be submitted in the required format (PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, or JPG). Additional design fees may apply if we need to recreate or modify your artwork.
• A digital proof will be provided for approval before production begins on custom orders. Once approved, we are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is required before production begins on all orders.
• We accept payment via Fygaro (Visa, Mastercard).
• For corporate clients with established accounts, payment terms of Net 14 or Net 30 may be arranged upon approval.

5. Production and Turnaround

• Standard production time is 5–10 business days from artwork approval and payment confirmation.
• Rush orders may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• We will make every effort to meet agreed deadlines but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

• All original designs, templates, and creative work produced by Outhouse Branding Inc. remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• You retain ownership of your submitted logos, artwork, and brand assets.

7. Limitation of Liability

Outhouse Branding Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. Website Use

• You may browse our website and place orders for personal or business purposes.
• You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our services.
• Account credentials are your responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Barbados. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barbados.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
