Delivery Policy

At Outhouse Branding Inc., we offer flexible options for receiving your completed orders. Please review our delivery and collection options below.

1. In-Person Collection (Preferred)

All customers are welcome to collect their orders directly from our facility. This is our preferred and most common fulfilment method.

Location: Unit 1B Building #14, Wildey Industrial Estate, Wildey, St. Michael, Barbados BB14006
Collection Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (AST)
You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection.
Please bring your order confirmation number or a valid photo ID when collecting your order.
Orders not collected within 30 days of completion may incur storage fees.

2. Local Delivery (Corporate Clients Only)

Delivery within Barbados is available exclusively to corporate clients with established accounts.

Delivery is arranged on a case-by-case basis and is subject to availability.
Delivery fees vary based on order size and delivery location within Barbados.
Free delivery may be available for corporate orders exceeding BDS$ 500.
To set up a corporate account and arrange delivery, please contact our sales team.

3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping for orders outside of Barbados.

International shipping is available to Caribbean nations, North America, the United Kingdom, and other regions upon request.
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
International orders are shipped via reputable carriers. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times for international orders typically range from 5–15 business days depending on the destination.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.

4. Production Times

Standard production time is 5–10 business days from artwork approval and payment confirmation.
Production times do not include shipping or delivery time.
Rush orders may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
You will receive email updates on the progress of your order.

5. Order Accuracy

Please inspect your order upon collection or delivery. If there are any issues with your order (wrong items, incorrect branding, damaged goods), please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue promptly.
