What is Sublimation?
Sublimation is a printing process that allows for vibrant, full-color, all-over prints that are exceptionally durable.
Naturally, the magic of the process lies in the printing technology. With designs infused directly into the fabric, they become a part of the textile itself rather than sitting on top. After the design elements (including the team logo, colors, and numbers) become part of the fabric via the sublimation heat transfer process, there's no cracking, peeling, or fading.
Besides the high temperature and pressure used in sublimation, the ink turns into a gas and bonds on a molecular level with the polyester fabric, fully integrating with the fibers. Totally inseparable!
